OHS is excited to offer a series of library workshops for researchers of all skill levels.
Through guidance from one of OHS’s reference librarians, participant will develop their skills navigating our collections and learn how to use library-hosted tools and resources. Workshop topics will vary and are designed to support academic, creative, and personal research projects.

Navigating Sanborn Trust and Insurance Maps $0.00


This workshop will take place on Saturday, June 21 at 1:00 - 3:00 pm and is intended for home and property researchers to learn how to navigate Sanborn Trust and Insurance Maps and find specific maps from their various online repositories. Attendees will also learn how to download these maps for use in digital and analog projects. This workshop will help researchers learn to navigate and find the various repositories where these maps live digitally, how to use the maps once the proper repository is identified, and how to find specific maps, map sheets, and locations.
